At Stafford Valley Barcelona, we are committed to providing fair and transparent refund terms for all our students. Please read the following policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Application Fee
- The Registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of the admission outcome.
2. Tuition Fee Refund
Refunds of tuition fees will be processed under the following conditions:
- Visa / Residence Permit Refusal:
If your visa application is refused, you are eligible for a refund of tuition fees paid, excluding the Registration fee and any administrative charges (up to €500).
A copy of the official visa refusal letter must be submitted for processing the refund.
- Withdrawal Before Course Start:
If a student withdraws at least 10 days before the start date of the programme, 100% of the tuition fee paid (excluding the Registration fee) will be refunded. If the Student withdrawal the application within 10 days before the start date of the programme, 85% of the tuition fee paid (excluding the Registration fee) will be refunded.
- Withdrawal After Course Start:
75% refunds will be issued once the course has commenced (only in case of Visa Refusal), except in exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.
3. Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within 45 to 60 working days after receiving the complete documentation and refund request form.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds are made only to the original payer’s account through the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund will be made if:
- The student provides false or misleading information during the admission process as well as in visa Application.
- The student fails to attend classes or is expelled due to disciplinary reasons.
- The student changes mind after course commencement.
